1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using PassPy Manager, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, we kindly ask you to uninstall PassPy Manager from all your devices.
2. "As Is" Warranty (No Guarantees)
PassPy Manager is provided as a hobby and educational project "as is" and "as available", without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we do our best to make the software secure and reliable, we do not guarantee that the software will be error-free, bug-free, or uninterrupted.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Creating a strong master password.
- Remembering your master password (there is no "Forgot Password?" option since the app is fully local).
- Keeping your local database files safe and making regular backups.
Byte Bell Software is not responsible for any stolen passwords, lost passwords or non-encrypted files.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Byte Bell Software shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, data breaches on your personal device, lost passwords, or financial loss resulting from the use or inability to use this software. Use PassPy Manager at your own risk.
